This English version is an informational translation of the German text.

This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website and what rights you have. It is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the provider named in the legal notice. Contact: jannis@evori.ai.

2. Hosting and visiting the website

The public website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver and secure the website, Netlify processes technically necessary connection data, including IP address, access time, requested page, and browser and device information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Netlify uses international infrastructure; processing in the United States or other countries outside the EEA is possible. Hosting of this website is therefore not restricted to Germany. Our service for operating customer workflows in Germany or on-premises is separate. Information about processing and the safeguards provided for international transfers is available in Netlify’s privacy statement and data processing agreement.

3. Consent settings

Non-essential features are disabled by default. Your choice in the consent dialogue is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. You can change your choice at any time using the “Consent settings” link in the footer.

4. Analytics (only with consent)

Analytics and session replay are currently disabled. PostHog has been prepared for potential future use. Before activation, the provider, processing location and retention periods will be specified here. Analytics may load only after consent. Prepared measurements include page views, section visibility, clicks and enquiry steps; form contents, search text and sensitive URL parameters are excluded. Session replay requires its own consent and is limited to the homepage. Text is masked, and forms and sensitive areas are excluded. Even masked data can be personal data and is not described as anonymous. An overview is available on the page Cookies & local storage.

5. Contacting us

You can contact us by email or telephone. We process your contact details and the content of your enquiry to respond and, where applicable, take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry and any applicable statutory retention obligations. Submission through the website contact form is currently not enabled.

6. External links

This website links to external services, particularly appointment booking at Cal.com and the learning application AI Quest (ai-quest.enpulse.io). Booking is not embedded: you visit the external provider only when you open the link. The respective provider’s privacy policy applies on its pages.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
