Three programmes. Three different purposes.
BAFA: consultancy for SMEs
For individual strategic consultancy: depending on location, 50% or 80% of up to €3,500 in eligible consultancy costs, with a maximum grant of €1,750 or €2,800. Seminars and workshops are excluded. Requirements include a registered consultancy and the correct application process. Consultancy aimed at selling the provider’s own services is excluded.
The guideline runs until the end of 2026; whether applications are currently being accepted must be checked separately. EVORI’s registration with BAFA is not confirmed here.
INQA coaching: shaping change with your team
80% funding for up to twelve coaching days, covering participatory process consultancy rather than a general discount on programming or hosting. The process starts at an INQA advisory centre, and delivery requires an authorised coach. Further company eligibility requirements must be checked.

Professional training: what the 75% covers
For businesses with fewer than 50 employees, grants may cover 75% of wages for time away from work due to training. This is not a 75% discount on an AI project. Course costs follow separate rules. Requirements include more than 120 hours and approval of both the provider and the course. Short, company-specific software training is not covered.
EVORI training is not confirmed as AZAV-approved. There is no automatic entitlement to funding.
Requirements and funding rates from the Federal Employment Agency (German)
For implementation involving investment, we also review programmes in your federal state. Funding calls, budgets and deadlines change. The federal funding database is a starting point, not confirmation of your eligibility.
How we support you.
1. Assess the requirements
Clarify location, company size, objectives, cost categories, any required provider approvals and the project start date.
2. Describe the project
Prepare the project objective, defined services and costs together. Involve the funding authority or a qualified adviser where needed.
3. Follow the approval process
Check programme rules before signing a contract or starting. Application, approval and reimbursement are separate steps.
Please note: signing a contract may already count as starting the project. We promise neither approval nor a particular funding rate. The scope and fees for our support are agreed separately; that support is not automatically eligible for funding itself.
