How much time does our team need to commit?
You will need a process owner, access to sample cases and IT involvement for integrations and approvals. EVORI handles design and implementation. We agree your team's specific time commitment before starting. A reliable solution depends on your process knowledge.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
We first assess the interfaces of your existing systems, such as email, ERP, CRM or document storage. Direct integration depends on access and technical prerequisites. Any limitations are identified before implementation.
Who controls the data and decisions?
Your workflow data is processed in Germany or on your own infrastructure, including AI models, logs and backups. Data flows, providers and permissions are agreed before work begins. People decide at defined approval points. Unclear cases return for review. Your IT team and, where required, data protection representatives and the works council are involved early.
What happens after handover?
