AI in logistics Dispatchers are too scarce to type orders.

Transport orders arrive by email, PDF and scan in every customer's format. Dispatchers type them into the TMS, and exactly these people are scarce. In two weeks we check neutrally whether your TMS's AI feature is enough and build the prototype for the formats it doesn't cover.

Today

  1. Order arrives as email, PDF or scan
  2. Every customer has their own format
  3. Dispatch types loading point, time window, weight into the TMS
  4. Errors only show up on the route

With the prototype

  1. The prototype assigns the customer and reads the fields
  2. It checks against your master data
  3. Dangerous goods are only flagged for review
  4. Draft in TMS import format, dispatch confirms

Data protection

Order data stays in Germany: data processing and confidentiality agreements before the first export. During the sprint the prototype writes nothing into your TMS, dispatch confirms every draft.

Reference

At BVM our AI platform creates posts in the association's brand: about 45 minutes per post before, under a minute today. A person approves each one. We approach your case the same way.

Frequently asked questions

Our TMS vendor has its own AI. Why EVORI?

Maybe it's enough. In the sprint we check that neutrally and build the prototype for the formats and rules your TMS doesn't cover.

Does the prototype write directly into the TMS?

Not in the sprint. It delivers drafts in the import format for approval. We agree the production interface with your TMS partner during implementation.

What about fax and handwriting?

We start with your 3 to 5 most common email and PDF formats. More formats follow in operation.

How much time does dispatch need?

Short interviews in week 1 and rating the test orders in week 2.

Does this fit your dispatch team?

In 30 minutes you know whether the sprint makes sense for your process. Free. If not, we say so.
