Skill Hub

Your company's AI know-how.
Reviewed, in one place, under your name.

Good instructions for AI currently sit in chats, wikis and personal folders. The Skill Hub turns them into your company's catalogue: departments write skills, reviewers approve them and every employee uses them in Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude.

What a skill is

A skill is a short work instruction for the AI: when it applies, which steps it takes and what the result looks like. Written well once, the AI handles a recurring task equally well for everyone, not only for those who are good at prompting.

Skills use the open SKILL.md format, which Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT can read. Your skills are not tied to one vendor.

  • Review a contract

“Check this contract against our standard clauses”

  • Submit travel expenses

“Turn these receipts into my expense report”

  • Capture a meeting

“Summarise the meeting with tasks and deadlines”

Catalogue

Find instead of asking

Search by name, task and trigger phrase. Bundles per role, for example sales or purchasing. Every card shows the sentence that starts the skill.

Approval

Only reviewed skills go live

Departments submit, named reviewers approve. Every version stays traceable: who changed and approved what, and when.

Editor

Skills without code

A guided editor asks for purpose, steps, output format and an example. The result is a skill in the open SKILL.md format.

Corporate design

Results in your brand

The brand library holds colours, fonts and templates. Presentations and documents created by a skill follow your visual identity.

Maintain once, use everywhere.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

As an agent package for central distribution by your IT, or as a skill folder in OneDrive.

Claude

As a skill to upload to Claude or to distribute centrally across your organisation.

Your archive

Every skill is a readable text file you can download as a ZIP. If you switch AI, your skills come with you.

Your own hub in four steps

  1. 01

    Set up

Your domain, your logo, sign-in limited to your company email addresses. Operated in Germany or in your own environment.

  2. 02

    Build the first skills

Together with your departments we build the first skills from real, recurring tasks, tested with your documents.

  3. 03

    Agree on approval

Who may submit, who reviews and what is measured. We agree these rules with IT, data protection and the works council before launch.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Your team maintains the catalogue itself. We run the platform and keep the export formats current when Microsoft or Anthropic change them.

Frequently asked questions

Microsoft and Anthropic are building their own catalogues. Why a Skill Hub?

Each vendor's catalogue only works inside its own platform. The Skill Hub keeps a skill once and delivers it to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude. On top come an editor for departments, your corporate design and an approval process you define. If you only use one platform and need no approval process of your own, we will tell you in the first call.

What does the Skill Hub cost?

A one-off setup and then a fixed monthly fee for your company. There is no charge per user. Additional skills are commissioned as needed or as a bundle. We confirm the exact price before you commission us.

Where is our data stored?

The catalogue runs in Germany or in your own environment. It stores skills, approvals and accounts, not the content of your conversations with the AI. The skills themselves run in the AI you already license.

Does the works council need to agree?

If the hub links usage or ratings to individual people, this usually requires the works council's involvement. That is why we agree before launch what is measured and document it for the works agreement.
