AI customer service for online shops Opening three programs for every parcel question? Not anymore.

Many emails ask about delivery status, returns or refunds. For every reply someone looks up the order, opens tracking and types, often the owner, often in the evening. In two weeks we build a prototype on your own inbox.

Today

  1. Email arrives: "Where is my parcel?"
  2. Look up the order in the ERP or shop
  3. Open tracking at the carrier
  4. Type a reply, often the same as yesterday

With the prototype

  1. The prototype recognises the type of request
  2. It fetches order and shipment status automatically
  3. A reply draft is ready in the inbox
  4. Your team reviews and clicks send

Data protection and AI notice

Customer emails are personal data: data processing agreement with us and the model provider, pseudonymisation in the analysis export, deletion concept for test data. During the sprint a person reviews and sends every reply. If automatic replies or a chat are added later, we build in the legally required AI notice.

Reference

At BVM our AI platform creates posts in the association's brand: about 45 minutes per post before, under a minute today. A person approves each one. We approach your case the same way.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just switch on our helpdesk's AI?

You can, and for some shops that's enough. Our prototype combines inbox, ERP and carrier in one draft and is measured on your own inbox. Then you decide with numbers.

Does anything go to customers automatically?

No. Your team approves every reply.

Does it work for Amazon?

We handle Amazon buyer messages via your inbox. Replying directly through the Amazon API is not technically supported.

What do you need from us?

An email export, access to your ERP or shop, a carrier API key and one person from service for the tests.

Does this fit your shop?

In 30 minutes you know whether the sprint makes sense for your process. Free. If not, we say so.
