In the sprint we process no member data, only public content. We clarify image rights of your templates up front. We log the approval step. An assistant giving legal information to members needs legal supervision under § 7 RDG and is not part of the sprint.

Individual use becomes a process: event in, copy and banner in your design out, approval, publishing. One tool instead of five.
Does it pay off through saved hours?
Rarely on that alone. The benefit is that more events get promoted and every appearance is on-brand. We measure both in the sprint.
Does the AI answer member questions?
Not in the sprint. An internal assistant for the office is a later stage, with legal sign-off for legal questions.
Who decides on the order at our association?
Your statutes decide. We provide a board paper with costs, benefits and a data protection note.
