Data protection and professional law
Before the first record we sign an agreement under § 62a StBerG in text form with instruction and disclose all subcontractors. We act as a contributing person under § 203 StGB, with a data processing agreement and no training on client data. In the sprint we use pseudonymised data or the pilot clients' consent. Final review stays with your firm. EVORI provides no tax advice; the assistant only creates drafts.

No. It complements DATEV. In the sprint we work with your DATEV exports and write nothing back.
Are you even allowed to see our client data?
Only after an agreement under § 62a StBerG in text form. In the sprint we work pseudonymised or with the pilot clients' consent.
Who is responsible for the queries?
Your firm. Every list is reviewed and approved before sending.
Where do the AI models run?
In Germany or the EU or on your infrastructure. We disclose all subcontractors in advance.
