What would you like AI to improve?

Whether you need a workflow, team training or ongoing operations: book a call or tell us what you have in mind. A free introductory call helps us identify the right starting point. Deeper analysis is agreed separately only if needed.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the initial call?

Tell us where things get stuck. We ask questions until the underlying problem becomes clear and tell you openly whether and where AI could be worthwhile. There is no sales presentation and no obligation. The call takes 30 minutes and is free.

How soon can we start?

We discuss the right starting point in the free initial call. If the scope is clear enough, we prepare a proposal for implementation, training or ongoing support. If a deeper analysis is needed first, we agree that separately. The start date and duration depend on capacity, access and approvals and are recorded before you commission the work. If funding may be available, we check the conditions before signing a contract or starting.

Where is our data processed, and how do you work with our IT team?

We operate your AI workflows entirely in Germany or on-premises within your own infrastructure. This covers all data and processing steps, including model inference, logs and backups. Before starting, we document data flows, providers, locations, access roles and retention periods with your IT team. Model connections and operational services must meet the same location requirements. We clarify model training policies, required data processing agreements and approvals before use. This commitment applies to client workflows; the website, appointment booking and website analytics are covered separately in the privacy policy.

How do you involve the works council and employees?

Before rollout, we plan how to involve the relevant department, data protection team and, where applicable, the works council. Together, we clarify new responsibilities, training time, feedback and visibility of usage or learning data. Assessing individual employee performance is not a goal of our workflow projects. The data a learning format actually processes and who can see it must be documented and approved before use.

What does a project include?

That depends on the service commissioned. The AI Opportunity Check provides a process assessment, not a finished implementation. A workflow project includes the agreed implementation, tests, documentation and onboarding. Standalone training and ongoing support have separate scopes. Usage rights, support coverage, third-party licences, and one-off and recurring costs are set out in the proposal.

Are we too small, or too large, for this?

Headcount alone does not decide this. What matters is enough recurring work, accessible data, clear rules and an accountable person. With low volumes or highly individual tasks, custom development is often not worthwhile. A simpler process, an existing tool or training may be more useful. A project must also make business sense without relying on hoped-for funding.
