How the check works
Step 1
Preparation
Briefly describe the processes that currently cost you time or quality. No further preparation is needed. Documents can help, but are not a prerequisite.
Step 2
Discussion or workshop
Together with the people who perform the process every day and someone authorised to decide, we clarify the workflow, systems, available data, risks and current effort.
Step 3
Assessment
Every candidate is assessed using the same framework: value, feasibility, data sensitivity and error tolerance. This creates a comparable, reasoned order of priorities.
Step 4
Recommendation
You receive a prioritised shortlist with baseline measurements, an effort estimate and a clear recommendation for the next manageable step, even if that means not starting yet.

Scope and terms
Participants should include the people who perform the process every day and someone who can decide on the next step. We transparently agree the scope, duration and terms in advance, depending on how many processes you want to assess.
The 30-minute initial call is free. The detailed check is commissioned with its own scope, schedule and price. There is no obligation to commission a follow-up project: you are free to decide whether to continue and who to work with. The results belong to you.
